Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is partnering with a leading rail sector organisation to document and embed new SAP-based processes as part of a brand-new ERP implementation. You will transform complex SAP processes into clear, practical work instructions and supporting materials using Microsoft Word and AI tools.

This role requires an organised, analytical candidate able to learn quickly, produce structured documentation, and collaborate with procurement and systems teams to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and SAP processes.
• Strong written communication to produce clear docs.
• Ability to translate complex processes into simple guidance.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and document new SAP processes.
• Watch training videos to understand SAP tasks.
• Use AI and Copilot to transform information into work instructions.
• Create clear, user-friendly work instructions in Word.
• Translate complex system processes into practical guidance.
• Ensure processes are documented in relevant systems.
• Support review and sign-off of work instructions and competency requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to reflect required business processes.
• Identify gaps or improvements.
• Support data analysis and reporting.
• Use Excel to analyze information and trends.
• Help embed and adopt ERP/SAP processes.
