Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement-based role within the Interior Design industry.
• Strong Estimac knowledge.
• Experience with Outlook and MS Office; Mac preferred.
• Experience of Xero is preferable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently in a small team.
• Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services for high-end residential projects.
• Support the Director, designers and wider team with admin and procurement tasks.
• Coordinate supplier communications and orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with project administration and office management tasks.
