Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd is working exclusively with an award winning luxury design studio in South West London. The successful candidate will lead a growing interior design team at an exciting and pivotal stage of the company’s expansion.

As Studio Lead, you will oversee a team of designers on UHNW projects, drive design cohesion across FF&E, and ensure project performance, from concept to completion, within timelines and budgets. You will work closely with the Director and other heads of department.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running a UK-based high-end interior design studio.
• Experience leading a 20+ designer team on national and international projects.
• Strong interior design background with elevated design standards.
• Experience reviewing and implementing internal systems, processes, timelines and budgets.
• Exceptional client management and business development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading an interior design team working on UHNW projects
• Driving design cohesion by curating FF&E, from samples through to processes
• Monitoring project performance and delivery from concept through to completion
• Implementing and overseeing project timelines and budgets
