Job summary

Solutions Limited in Bristol is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a small purchasing team in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. The role offers flexi-time, hybrid working and a strong bonus scheme to reward cost improvements and supplier excellence.

You will design and embed a modern procurement function, manage 2 buyers and 1 purchasing administrator, and drive contract negotiations to deliver reliable supply and significant cost savings.

Qualifications

• Holds a CIPS or recognised equivalent supply chain qualification.
• Procurement management experience in Manufacturing or Engineering is desirable.
• Lives a commutable distance from Bristol.

£65,000 – £70,000 per annum + 10% bonus + 5% employer matched pension
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week + Flexi-time + Hybrid working

Your duties will involve leading the purchasing team, developing procurement processes and strengthening supplier relationships.
