Procurement Manager Real Estate and Office Services
Main Duties:
Lead RFx processes and deliver results through robust contract negotiations
Execute spot buying and respond to adhoc business needs
Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline supplier engagement
Deliver an exceptional client service experience with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration
Essential Skills and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (CIPS qualification desirable)
Expertise in Source-to-Contract processes and contract negotiation
Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships across legal and business functions
Demonstrated success in leading complex sourcing projects, especially in facilities or real estate construction
A global mindset and experience working with remote and virtual teams
Desirable Experience
Procurement leadership in multi-region or global projects
A sharp focus on value creation, not just cost reduction
Proven ability to craft detailed scopes of work, KPIs, and SLAs
A passion for continuous improvement and driving sustainable value
