Sea Global is delighted to be representing a household retailer currently looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their growing Procurement team. The role operates at group level with a focus on indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, Corporate Services, HR, and Travel.

Role & Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Procurement Manager
• Lead indirect category-focused projects and contract negotiations
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs and supplier management
• Collaborate with business unit heads, including Department Heads and Directors
• Support tenders and negotiate large, complex contracts
• Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and control of annual category spend

Experience & Requirements

• Experience in indirect procurement
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement projects with clear outcomes
• Experience working with stakeholders across departments and building relationships
• CIPS, degree, or relevant qualification is a plus but not mandatory
