Sea Global is representing a household retailer currently looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their growing Procurement team. The role is at group level with a focus on indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, Corporate Services, HR, and Travel.

We are seeking a strategically minded procurement professional comfortable working in a collaborative environment. This role is suitable for procurement professionals looking to advance their careers or Procurement Managers aiming to join a large, dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

1. Report to the Senior Procurement Manager
2. Lead on indirect category projects and contract negotiations
3. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs and supplier management
4. Collaborate with business unit heads, including Directors
5. Support tenders and negotiate large, complex contracts
6. Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and control of annual category spend

Requirements:

1. Experience in indirect procurement
2. Proven track record in end-to-end procurement projects
3. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across departments
4. Qualifications such as CIPS, degree, or relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
