Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading indirect procurement across IT, HR, facilities, and professional services.
• Proven track record in tenders, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Strong contract and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical abilities.
• Manufacturing/FMCG or industrial experience is advantageous.
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Lead end-to-end tendering processes (RFIs, RFQs, ITTs) and evaluations.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to drive performance.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
• Develop and execute category plans aligned with objectives.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities to enable growth.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance.
• Support wider procurement initiatives delivering value.
