Job summary

The Sterling Choice is seeking a Procurement Manager for a growing food manufacturing business. Hybrid role with 3 days from home and 2 days in Office, focusing on sourcing strategy across raw materials and packaging and global supplier relationships to support profitability and supply continuity.

You will lead supplier negotiations, monitor markets, and work with Sales, Supply Chain, Technical, and NPD teams to drive costings, yield management, and waste reduction across the business.

Qualifications

• Procurement experience within food manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPS qualification (or actively pursuing) is advantageous.

This growing food manufacturing business is looking for a Procurement Manager who can think commercially, influence decisions across the business, and build a procurement function that adds real value.

You'll take ownership of sourcing strategy across raw materials and packaging, managing supplier relationships globally while supporting profitability, product development, and supply continuity.
