Job summary

Poundland & Dealz is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and develop the procurement function, focusing on GNFR spend across the organization. Based at our Customer Service Centre in Walsall with the flexibility to work from home one day per week, the role requires travel to distribution centres, stores and suppliers.

You will develop procurement strategies, review processes, and partner with stakeholders at all levels to support negotiations, contract renewals and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing procurement processes and strategies.
• Strong track record in GNFR and indirect spend management.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the procurement function across GNFR.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes.
• Support commercial negotiations, renewals and supplier performance reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership.
