• Review the current procurement landscape, processes, and supplier arrangements.
• Design, implement, and document procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Develop procurement tools, templates, and approval workflows.
• Establish clear procurement controls and delegation authorities.
• Create supplier onboarding, evaluation, and contract management processes.
• Support contract reviews and procurement activities where required.
• Ensure procurement practices align with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Train and coach stakeholders on new procurement processes and best practices.
