Job summary

Sharpsmart is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day sourcing, contracting and supplier management. You will drive end-to-end procure-to-pay processes in Coupa and partner with Finance to ensure compliant, auditable purchasing.

The role balances commercial delivery with governance and stakeholder engagement, reporting into Finance. You will manage supplier relationships and continually improve procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a procurement or sourcing role.
• Strong negotiation skills within structured commercial frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with P2P systems.
• Experience working closely with Finance and Accounts Payable.
• Good understanding of procurement governance and controls.

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the day-to-day sourcing, contracting and supplier management activity across the business. Reporting into Finance, this role plays a key part in ensuring all purchasing is cost effective, compliant and well controlled.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process through Coupa, working closely with Accounts Payable and budget holders to ensure smooth, accurate and auditable transactions. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can balance commercial delivery with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

• Manage end-to-end procurement activity including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation and selection
