Job summary

Kardow is seeking a Procurement Manager in Oxfordshire to lead and shape procurement strategy across the business. You will manage day-to-day purchasing, build supplier relationships, and drive sustainable sourcing as the team grows.

The role emphasizes developing procurement processes, reducing risk, and sourcing new products while collaborating with a small team in a growing, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Supply chain, procurement or purchasing background required.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Experience in a sustainability-focused sector is desirable.
• Experience working with international suppliers is advantageous.
• CIPS Level 4 is essential.

Managing a small team your role as the Procurement Manager will be to take ownership of purchasing across the business, developing supplier relationships and helping shape the future of the procurement strategy and your team.
