Job summary

TMRG in Oxfordshire is seeking a Procurement Manager to take ownership of purchasing across the business, develop supplier relationships and shape the procurement strategy and your team.

You will manage day-to-day procurement, negotiate with suppliers and drive improvements while building a focus on sustainability and responsible sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement or purchasing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Managed a small team.
• Background in environment and sustainability sector.
• Experience with international suppliers preferred.
• CIPS Level 4 essential.
