Job summary

BrewDog is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our focused procurement team and shape how we source materials for our Ellon manufacturing operation. This high‑impact role manages supplier relationships, influences operational strategy, and delivers commercial value across packaging and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement across a supplier portfolio with annual spend of approximately £40 million, primarily across packaging and ingredients.
• Build strong, performance-led partnerships with suppliers and lead BrewDog’s supplier development programme.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, improve performance, and deliver cost benefits.
• Embed sustainability into supply chain decision-making and supplier conversations.
• Champion innovation across products, services, and ways of working.
• Collaborate with procurement colleagues across the wider Tilray business to identify opportunities to use our combined scale effectively.

About You

About YouWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll bring substantial experience in a similar procurement role, with a strong background in direct procurement categories. Experience in FMCG, food, drink, or manufacturing environments would be particularly valuable.A CIPS qualification is desirable, and a degree or equivalent academic qualification would be beneficial.You’ll be confident managing categories, developing supplier relationships, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.You’ll also be comfortable working cross-functionally, leading projects, and helping to deliver change in a fast‑paced operational environment.
