Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Procurement Manager in Kings Lynn to lead the procurement of materials and services for a growing manufacturing operation. You will drive cost savings, manage supplier performance, and ensure material availability to support production.

Key requirements include procurement experience, a track record of delivering savings, strong supplier management and negotiation skills, and ERP/MRP familiarity. The role is on-site with standard UK hours and benefits.

• Proven success delivering cost savings in a similar role.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills required.
• ERP/MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement across materials, suppliers, and operational spend.
• Drive cost savings through negotiation, sourcing, and supplier reviews.
• Ensure material availability and stock accuracy to support production.
• Manage supplier performance across quality, delivery, and service.
• Reduce supply chain risk and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Improve procurement processes, systems, and reporting as the business grows.
• Partner with Planning and Warehouse teams to maintain efficient stock levels and uninterrupted operations.
