Portfolio Procurement Ltd, on behalf of our Kent-based client, is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across goods and services. You will advise internal stakeholders and drive value through robust supplier relationships, compliant policies, and effective contract management.

Based in Kent, you will plan and procure services, goods, and equipment, mentor team members, and ensure stock availability.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of procurement experience within a corporate or regulated setting.
• Previous leadership/management experience.
• Proven track record in negotiation and supplier management.
• Experience in a highly regulated procurement environment.
• CIPS or degree-level qualification is required.

Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by our Kent based client to recruit for a Procurement Manager.

The role:

You will be tasked with the strategic procurement of goods and services and ensuring all internal stakeholders are successfully advised and guided.

Key Responsibilities:

• To implement policies and procedures
• Plan and procure services, goods, and equipment
• Management of all supplier contracts
• Train and manage other members of the procurement team

Skills and Experience required:

• At least 3 years' experience in a Procurement department
• Previous management/leadership experience
• Must have worked in a highly regulated procurement department
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
