Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy for Power Transmission & Distribution projects in Derby. You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and align sourcing with project objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you’ll collaborate with Commercial, legal teams and stakeholders, mentor procurement staff, and ensure compliance with NEC contracts and health and safety standards. Travel across the UK is required.

The role involves implementing the Procurement Strategy and Work Package Plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods, services, and materials required across the project. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, key stakeholders and the Central Procurement Team.
