Arguile is seeking a Procurement Lead to establish and develop its procurement function, taking ownership and delivering meaningful impact across the business. The role is fully remote within the UK, with collaboration across Legal, Commercial, Finance, IT and Operations.

The successful candidate will implement governance, drive a long-term procurement strategy, and lead supplier negotiations while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Procurement Manager, Procurement Lead or Strategic Sourcing role.
• Experience establishing procurement processes, governance and operating models.
• Strong end-to-end procurement and supplier negotiation experience.
• Good commercial and contract management knowledge.
• Experience with spend analysis and supplier management.
• A proactive, self-sufficient individual who is comfortable working autonomously.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead the procurement function, developing processes, policies and governance frameworks.
• Review existing supplier base, contracts and organisational spend.
• Develop and implement a procurement strategy and 12-36 month roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and tender processes.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract negotiations alongside Legal and Commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost optimisation and improved commercial value.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business and embed procurement best practice.

Procurement Lead | £70,000–£80,000 | Fully Remote

I'm working with a growing technology business looking to appoint a Procurement Lead to establish and develop its procurement function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced procurement professional who enjoys building things from the ground up, taking ownership and having a genuine impact on how a business operates.

The role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Commercial, Finance, IT and Operations to introduce procurement processes, establish governance frameworks and develop a longer-term procurement strategy.

Key responsibilities:
