Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the London Commercial and Procurement team, delivering procurement and commercial solutions across major programmes. You will guide sourcing activities, supplier management, and contract execution while building enduring client relationships.

The role requires a degree and professional body membership, with deep experience in NEC/JTC/FIDIC frameworks and a client-facing leadership track record. Hybrid working and flexible leave are supported.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with professional body membership (MCIPs) preferred.
• Experience delivering procurement across major programmes and complex infrastructure.
• Client-facing experience with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex solutions.
• Proven ability to lead development and implementation of procurement strategies and sourcing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement Consultants within the London Commercial and Procurement team.
• Build and strengthen key client relationships with a growth mindset.
