Qualifications

• Degree qualified with membership or working towards MCIPs.
• Experience delivering procurement activities across major programmes and complex infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NEC, JTC or FIDIC contract forms and related risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Procurement Regulations (e.g., 2015) and recent reforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategies and sourcing activities for clients.
• Drive supplier relationship management to maximise value across the supply chain.
• Advise on contract mobilisation and risk management for major programmes.
