Job summary

All About Food Ltd in Manchester is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to identify opportunities, build supplier relationships and coordinate projects across the supply chain. The role focuses on sourcing, benchmarking and delivering sustainable, cost‑effective manufacturing solutions.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, engage internal stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement across procurement, supply chain and operations in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to balance priorities with high attention to detail.
• Strong supplier relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and benchmark third‑party manufacturers for existing and new product development projects.
• Drive supplier selection and onboarding activities with Technical, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners, co‑packers and logistics providers.
• Monitor market conditions and supplier developments to support commercial decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing and manufacturer data in company systems.
• Identify project risks early and collaborate to deliver solutions.
• Support the selection and negotiation of project‑related suppliers and service partners.
• Promote sustainability legislation and industry developments impacting packaging and supply chains.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting requirements and environmental/customer reporting obligations.
• Continuously review processes to improve efficiency and business performance.
