Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Networks Procurement professional to lead spend and strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders to influence executive decisions. The role requires deep contract and procurement knowledge and a track record in high-value negotiations within blue-chip organisations.

You will drive category plans, leverage data for investment decisions, and work with Legal, Governance and VPC teams to ensure compliant, aligned supplier management across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience of senior stakeholder level business partnering.
• Engagement and relationship building abilities with all seniority levels.
• Strategically minded and creative, with clear plans and negotiation skills.
• Significant experience running substantive procurement programmes in blue-chip organisations.
• Deep experience in procurement basics: contract law, negotiation, market dynamics, strategic sourcing, supply management.

Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing strategy to deliver the best commercial outcomes and addresses risks and market dynamics.
• Maintains clear category plans aligned to business objectives with a pipeline of opportunities.
• Uses data and insights to influence business investment decisions and drive creative thinking.
• Develops complex sourcing initiatives using best-in-class procurement tools and methods.
• Leads or participates in high-value negotiations with stakeholders and legal to secure protections.
• Aligns with Governance teams to ensure supplier management is incorporated into decisions.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies on product, regulatory, quality, and CSR.
• Interfaces with Group companies to maximise leverage.
• Leads strategic sourcing across major spend categories and mitigates supply risks.
