Job summary

Crown HouseTechnologies, part of the Laing O’Rourke Group, seeks an MEP Procurement Manager to lead procurement on major projects. You will drive processes, run tenders, and keep procurement activity organised and on track across multiple sites.

Experience in MEP is helpful but not essential; transferable skills in project coordination, estimating, or commercial support are valued. Training and long-term career progression are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of procurement services across a major project portfolio.
• Implement procurement plans in line with project strategy.
• Run and manage tenders for subcontractors, materials, plant and services.
• Provide market insight, cost advice and supplier performance feedback.
• Support and guide a team of procurement professionals.
• Maintain clear procurement information and reporting.
• Represent procurement in project meetings and reviews.
• Build ethical relationships with suppliers aligned to company values.
• Champion innovation and opportunities for self-delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance and best practice.
