Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Procurement Officer / Buyer to own end-to-end procurement, manage supplier relationships and drive negotiations in a hybrid London role. You will coordinate orders, quotes and renewals, monitor supplier performance and ensure accurate invoicing while collaborating with finance, sales and project teams.

The role offers a base salary of £36,000 to £42,000 per annum with a bonus up to £6,000 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong supplier and stakeholder relationship management.
• Confident negotiation and pricing skills.
• Experience managing quotations, purchase orders, renewals and order fulfilment.
• Excellent client communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong numerical accuracy for invoicing, supplier costs, discounts, rebates and forecasting.
• Organised approach with deadlines and multiple orders.
• CRM and procurement-system data management.
• Target-focused with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement processes and portal management.
• Manage supplier pricing, discounts, credits and renewals to support margins.
• Coordinate orders with account managers, project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and alignment of supplier costs with orders.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide regular forecasts and renewals updates.
