We’re seeking a Procurement Lead to join us during a period of development and change. You might manage key relationships in our customer-facing team or oversee sub-category strategies in our Commercial Delivery team, focusing on areas like Estates, People & Professional Services, or Technology.
You will lead commercial activities for key projects, support business change initiatives, and develop your team through coaching and mentoring. You’ll drive improvements, innovation, and performance from suppliers, support cross-agency collaboration, and represent our team at senior meetings.
You should have extensive procurement and supply chain experience, with a proven track record in leading complex decisions and managing teams. Experience with contracting for Cloud or AI-enabled services is highly desirable. Candidates should hold or be willing to study towards a professional qualification such as MCIPS.
