The In-house Procurement Lawyer will be:

  • Advising on complex procurement, contracts, and supply chain agreements.
  • Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Providing legal support to the procurement teams across a range of projects.
  • Managing legal risks and advising on relevant legal frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

The successful In-house Procurement Lawyer should be:

  • A solicitor with 5+ years PQE in procurement law.
  • Strong experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing procurement contracts.
  • Knowledge of the defence, aerospace, or related sectors is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Local to Lancashire sites for hybrid working pattern.
