Job summary

ESPO is seeking a Contract Support Officer to join our Food, Communities and Technology procurement team. You will support administration, data processing, monitoring and reporting, including financial information, ensuring high-quality service to customers, suppliers and colleagues.

You will need strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training will be provided on ESPO processes and systems.

Qualifications

• GCSEs English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and MS Office.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration and data collection, including processing, monitoring and reporting of data, including financial information.
• Provide high-quality service to customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Utilise Microsoft Office packages and data sets to support procurement activities.
