ESPO is inviting applications for a Contract Support Officer to join the Food, Communities and Technology procurement team at ESPO. You will assist with administration, data collection, processing, monitoring and reporting of financial information, delivering high-quality service to customers, suppliers and colleagues.

The role requires GCSEs in English and Maths, strong analytical and Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• GCSEs A-C in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and management information with excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work on their own initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines and assertive.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and establish good working relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
