Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst to join the UK Category Management Organisation within the Procurement & Commercial Function of the Electronics Division. You will report to the Head of Direct UK Category Management and play a key role in delivering data-driven insights for sourcing and contracts.

Responsibilities include building Power BI reports, inflation reporting, KPI tracking, spend analysis, supplier and market intelligence, and developing automated data processes.

Qualifications

• Analytical and reporting skills across sub disciplines including process, performance and supplier risk management.
• Expert MS Excel and Power BI usage.
• Extensive SAP user experience.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather and report forecast data for sourcing and contracts.
• Establish and develop Power BI reports and inflation reports.
• Develop, manage and report Procurement KPIs and dashboards.
• Collate and analyse spend and performance data; identify actions.
