Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst to join the UK Category Management Organisation. The role reports to the Head of Direct UK Category Management and focuses on forecasting, reporting, and data-driven procurement decisions.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, manage inflation reports, and extract insights from large datasets to support sourcing and risk management within a hybrid working environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficient; expert in Excel and Power BI.
• Analytics and reporting across processes, performance and supplier risk.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather, understand and report forecast data for sourcing and contracting activities.
• Establish and develop Power BI reports for procurement insights.
• Develop and maintain inflation reports and procurement KPIs.
• Create data dashboards and visualisations for category strategies and business reviews.
• Analyze spend and performance data; identify actions to improve value and risk management.
• Provide supplier and market intelligence to support long-term decisions and risk management.
