Qualifications

• Strong general administrative experience.
• Excellent IT skills (SAP and Excel).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Office to realise benefits and deliver initiatives.
• Work with suppliers and university stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are delivered effectively.
• Help achieve target savings and efficiencies across procurement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams within the procurement function.
