Job summary

Oundle School in Peterborough area seeks a part-time Procurement, Commercial & Contract Management professional to lead procurement, supplier management and commercial processes within the Finance team, supporting the Director of Finance and senior leadership.

The role covers tender management, contract awards, mobilisation and handover to BAU, with 52 weeks per year and 20-24 hours weekly. Interviews will discuss exact days and start times.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract management within education or similar sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers, tenders and contracts end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and financial/commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, supplier management and commercial processes from end-to-end.
• Oversee tender management, contract award, mobilisation and transition to BAU.
• Maintain effective supplier relationships and contract compliance with governance.
