Job summary

BPAS, the UK's largest independent women's reproductive healthcare charity, is seeking a Procurement and Contract Compliance Manager to lead procurement, contract governance and supplier relationships. You will develop policies, ensure NHS/commercial compliance and advise budget holders across the organisation.

Hybrid working with travel to Redditch DC; you will drive ethical procurement, oversee the contract register and audits, and support senior stakeholders in delivering high-value services

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• CIPS Level 5 or above qualification desirable or in progress.
• Significant procurement experience in charity/public/healthcare sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead BPAS's procurement strategy and compliance with legislation, financial and NHS requirements.
• Maintain central contract register and oversee contract performance, renewals and governance.
• Conduct procurement and contract compliance audits and advise budget holders.
• Build positive supplier relationships and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Promote ethical, sustainable and diverse procurement practices across BPAS.
