Job summary

BPAS is seeking an experienced Procurement and Contract Compliance Manager to lead its procurement function, ensuring compliant and value-driven purchasing and contract management. You will provide expert advice, develop processes and governance across the contract lifecycle, supporting charitable funds use and service delivery.

• Significant procurement experience in charity/public/healthcare sectors.
• Experience leading contract and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve BPAS's procurement strategy and policy.
• Oversee central contract register, performance, renewals and supplier obligations.
• Conduct procurement and contract compliance audits and monitor risks.
• Build supplier relationships and promote ethical, sustainable procurement practices.
