Job summary

Morgan Law in London seeks an experienced procurement and contract management professional to lead a high-profile public services portfolio. The role focuses on governance, performance, and driving social value in leisure, greenspace and cultural services.

You will establish a modern, data-led contract management function, embedding governance frameworks and monitoring systems while managing tenders, renewals and major procurement activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in public sector procurement, commissioning or contract management.
• Ability to establish or improve contract management frameworks, governance processes and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management and governance of greenspace, leisure, culture and sports contracts.
• Develop robust contract management and QA frameworks.
• Create KPI, SLA and performance monitoring systems for continuous improvement.
• Drive best value, commercial efficiency and social value across a large contract portfolio.
• Lead procurement exercises and contract renewals in a public sector setting.
• Build partnerships with contractors, stakeholders and community groups.
• Present reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
• Oversee contract mobilisation, implementation and transition activities.
