MBDA UK Limited in Stevenage seeks an experienced commercial, procurement or supply chain professional to pivot into a change role. You will project manage the introduction of a new Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) tool for the UK function.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, ability to map user needs, and to develop training and guidance for rollout; hybrid working (2–3 days on-site) with a salary around £45,000.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience within a commercial, procurement or supply chain function.
• Proactive self-starter who can gather and analyse business needs and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across national and international teams.

• Project manage the introduction of the Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) tool for Procurement UK.
• Map requirements from procurement functions, legal operations, and deployment teams.
• Review solutions to ensure procurement workflows are integrated with the CLM tool.
• Develop user guides and training for rollout.
• Support broader change management, compliance and functional improvement initiatives.
