Job summary

TalentPool is assisting a well-established hospitality and foodservice business in London. This broad food procurement role owns a portfolio of Food & Drink categories, blending strategic category management with hands-on buying and supplier negotiations to deliver value, quality and innovation.

Based in Central London, you will collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders, develop category strategies, monitor market trends and support continuity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' procurement or buying experience within Food & Drink.
• Experience within hospitality, foodservice, retail or a multi-site food business.
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
• A genuine passion for the food and hospitality industry.

The Role

This is a broad food procurement role, taking ownership of a portfolio of Food & Drink categories and working closely with suppliers and stakeholders across the business. You'll combine strategic category management with hands‑on buying, leading negotiations, developing supplier relationships and using market insights to deliver value, quality and innovation.
