2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Procurement Buyer to drive end-to-end sourcing across IT, HR, and Factory Services, leading tenders, contract negotiations, RFIs, RFQs, and supplier agreements.

Based at the Birmingham head office, you will build relationships with suppliers, manage category plans, and support ambitious projects across the business, with opportunities for internal progression.

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement and tender management.
• Experience with supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Willingness to be on-site at Birmingham head office 3 days a week.

Responsabilidades

• End to end procurement leading tenders and negotiations and managing own categories.
• Assist Manager/Head of Procurement in preparing RFI, RFQ, and ITT documents.
• Source new suppliers and materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Implement category plans.
