2 Sisters Food Group, via Boparan Services Group, seeks a senior procurement professional to shape strategy during acquisitions and lead procurement workstreams across newly acquired businesses. The role is highly visible with senior stakeholders and a focus on continuity of supply.

Based in Birmingham with hybrid working and regular travel to sites, you will drive value through supplier negotiations, risk management and integration planning within a dynamic UK food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience within M&A environments or transformation programmes.
• Experience leading procurement due diligence and integration activities.
• Excellent negotiation skills delivering commercial value.
• Strong analytical capability to assess data and identify opportunities.
• Experience managing complex supplier relationships and supply chain challenges.
• Experience within the food manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement due diligence activities during acquisitions, gathering and analysing supplier, contract and spend information.
• Identify supplier opportunities, commercial synergies and cost-saving initiatives across newly acquired businesses.
• Manage immediate procurement and supply chain challenges following acquisitions to ensure continuity of supply.
• Review and negotiate supplier contracts, commercial terms and payment arrangements to maximise value.
• Work closely with suppliers, buyers and operational stakeholders to resolve urgent issues and minimise disruption during transitions.
• Assess procurement risks and develop plans to support smooth business integration.
