TVS Supply Chain Solutions in Banbury seeks a Buyer to develop and implement procurement strategies, manage tender processes and identify risk across the supply chain.

You will negotiate supplier contracts, build strong supplier relationships, and monitor cost savings using ERP systems, with UK travel as needed and a focus on value, quality and service.

Competenze

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, negotiation and contract management.
• CIPS qualification or working towards certification.

Requirements

• Location: Banbury | Contract: Permanent | Department: Purchasing
• Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Manage tender processes and identify supply chain risks.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and rebates to reduce costs.
• Build strong supplier and client relationships.
• Improve product availability, quality, service and value for money.
• Monitor and report cost savings using ERP systems.
• Identify opportunities for supplier development and process improvement.
• Provide regular category updates to clients.
• Experience: Strong procurement, sourcing, negotiation and contract management skills.
• Qualifications: CIPS qualified or working towards certification.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
