Encirc is seeking a Procurement Assistant (Packaging) to support procurement activities and ensure continuity of supply. The role focuses on raising purchase orders, resolving invoice queries and gathering quotations, while analysing data to drive informed commercial decisions.
You will work with the supply base to source materials that meet price, quality and delivery targets, and you will assist with customs paperwork and records in SAP to maintain auditable procurement processes.

The Procurement Assistant will support the overall procurement activities in the relevant category, including raising purchase orders, resolving invoice queries, data analysis and reporting, and gathering quotations. The Procurement Assistant will be purchasing materials or services as required to ensure that the company’s operational needs are met, considering price, quality, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply. Also to ensure that the most cost‑effective and appropriate materials are purchased according to established policy and procedure to improve site performance.
