Thales in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Procurement Apprentice to join our UK centralised procurement team. This 3-year programme combines Level 3 Business Administration with Level 4 Procurement and Supply Apprenticeships, delivered via The Apprentice Academy.

You will gain hands-on experience in buying, supplier management, and contract administration while studying online and through live lectures. The role offers a clear path to a permanent position and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2 A Levels or equivalent required.
• 5 GCSEs at grades 9–4 including Maths and English.
• Interest in procurement and supply chain with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Tactical buying and procurement exposure.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and purchasing decisions.
• Work with supplier relationships and procurement processes.
