Job summary

Foster + Partners is seeking a Procurement Analyst & Systems Lead to shape procurement through data, technology and continuous improvement. You will work UK-wide and internationally, owning analytics and procurement systems to deliver insights and optimise processes.

The role focuses on pricing insights, supplier performance, dashboards and strategic decision support, with hybrid working from London facilities and regular cross-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement analytics experience with data-driven insights.

Procurement Analyst & Systems Lead

As a Procurement Analyst and Systems Lead at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in transforming procurement through data, technology and continuous improvement. Working across the UK and international offices, you will combine advanced analytics with ownership of procurement systems to deliver meaningful insights, optimise processes, support strategic decision-making and help shape the future of procurement performance and capability across the Practice.

This role is ideal if you want to:

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Strong experience in procurement analytics, reporting and delivering data-driven insights within a strategic procurement environment.
• Expertise in procurement and Source-to-Pay systems, with experience managing or implementing procurement technology platforms.
• Advanced analytical skills with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau or similar.
• The ability to interpret complex commercial data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and management reporting that support informed decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
• A proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation.
