The Vacancy

Location: Remote/Peterborough

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term

Hours: Monday – Friday 0900-1700

Are you a procurement professional with a passion for driving change and delivering excellence? Join Cross Keys Homes (CKH) as Procurement Analyst and play a key role in shaping our procurement and contract management standards.

About the Role

As an Procurement Analyst, you’ll support the Procurement Manager by procuring contracts of a small to medium size whilstembedding procurement best practices. You’ll work across the business to implement contract management standards andensure compliance with the Procurement Act.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support procurement and sourcing strategies across multiple categories.
  • Implement and monitor contract management standards and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support procurement projects from planning to execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in public sector procurement and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2024.
  • Skilled in e-tendering tools, supplier analysis, and KPI development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Membership of (or working towards) CIPS.
  • Relevant project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Knowledge of Delta e-sourcing.
