Job summary

Jazwares in Glasgow seeks a Procurement Analyst to manage the purchase order lifecycle across both EDI and non-EDI accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing in our ERP system.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with product development, planning, brand, sales, and Asia merchandisers to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and vendor guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or order management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage X3).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data handling ability.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PO lifecycle for both EDI and non-EDI accounts in the ERP system.
• Maintain the Procurement master order tracker with accurate statuses.
• Analyze inventory during PO allocation and suggest alternatives.
• Ensure compliance with vendor manuals, labels, and allocations.
• Collaborate with product, planning, brand, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Review mass PO logs and escalate blockers to keep shipments on track.
• Prepare templates for bulk PO processing and gather product data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

As the Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the purchase order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely order processing across both EDI and non-EDI accounts! You will collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and global partners to support efficient procurement operations, meet customer requirements, and maintain compliance with internal procedures and vendor guidelines. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, advanced spreadsheet skills, and a proactive mindset. What You Will Do:

Manage the purchase order (PO) lifecycle for both EDI and non-EDI accounts, including monitoring inboxes, mapping EDI accounts, and exporting/manually processing orders through our ERP system

Maintain the Procurement master order tracker to reflect accurate customer order statuses and ensure vendor purchase orders are released on time

Analyze inventory availability during the PO allocation process, proactively recommending alternatives to reduce inventory exposure and meet strict customer ship dates

Follow specific customer vendor manuals and brand requirements to ensure compliance with order labels, polybags, and complex vendor allocations

Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, planning, brand, sales, order management, and Asia merchandisers to resolve issues and revise POs for on-time delivery

Review the "Mass order log" Open PO reports to approve ship dates and actively participate in calls to escalate and resolve order processing blockers

Prepare templates for bulk PO processing and gather product information from multiple sources to ensure POs consider all item master information

Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

1+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or order management

Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Sage X3)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with the proven ability to manage, analyze, and manipulate large datasets

Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across internal cross-functional teams and global partners

A highly proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to make informed decisions quickly

Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is a plus

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
