Procurement Administrator
Salary: From £24,000
Location: Bristol
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

As a Procurement Administrator, you will be working with the Procurement team assisting with:

Working closely with departments in the business to understand the needs
Source materials from well suited suppliers, finding and analysing quotations
Negotiate prices of materials with suppliers and ensure cost-efficient transactions
Establish relationships with key suppliers, dealing with shortages and ensure timely delivery
Ensure company procurement policies and procedures are followed at all times
General administrative support
Monitor performance by suppliers, working closely with procurement manager to settle issues
Liaise with warehouse team to ensure smooth running of business
To be successful in this Procurement Administrator role you will need to be:

Experienced within procurement related positions
Knowledge on plumbing and/or heating industry
Resilient and keen attention to detail
Previous experience as a Supply Chain Administrator/ Category Administrator/ Materials Administrator
