The post holder is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient day-to-day administration of the function, providing administrative and project support to Procurement Officers, the Procurement Manager, and Heads of Department. They will act as a first point of contact for telephone and face-to-face enquiries with suppliers, utilising Atamis and other systems for managing procurement activity.

This role requires a DBS check due to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
