Job summary

LHH, in partnership with a respected public sector client, is seeking an Academy Tutor (Procurement) to design and deliver procurement learning programmes that build capability across Scotland. You will lead the creation of engaging content, run workshops, assess learner work and support quality assurance within a hybrid working model.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, engage a wide range of stakeholders, and identify opportunities to grow learning offerings that support

Qualifications

• Significant senior procurement experience.
• Procurement qualification at SCQF Level 8 / RQF Level 5 or above.
• Experience creating and delivering procurement learning programmes.
• Assessing learner submissions and supporting QA processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management and digital skills.
• Experience with Moodle or other virtual learning environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver procurement learning programmes across Scotland.
• Create and deliver engaging learning content for accredited and non-accredited programmes.
• Facilitate workshops and assess work-based learning submissions.
• Support quality assurance processes for learning provision.
• Manage procurement training projects from inception to completion: planning, stakeholder engagement, resources, risk and evaluation.
• Build relationships with colleagues, customers and project teams to align programmes with objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify and develop commercially viable learning opportunities to support growth.
