Job summary

Europa Search is partnering with a non-for-profit client to recruit a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Lead for a greenfield finance transformation initiative.

The role owns P2P, AP and RPO settlement, including design, testing, UAT support and training content, and requires 10+ years in P2P/finance domains with 15+ years preferred. You will collaborate with system integrators, define business rules, support training, and drive process governance across procurement and payments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in P2P/finance roles
• Experience with AP and RPO settlement
• Greenfield finance transformation experience
• Ability to work with system integrators and support UAT
• Proven ability to design test scripts and training content

Responsibilities

• Work with SI to validate P2P process design
• Define AP and procurement business rules, data requirements, controls and reporting needs
• Own supplier invoice and RPO settlement scenarios
• Validate how inputs become liabilities, payment proposals and settlement outputs
• Review design outputs, write/validate test scripts, execute functional testing & SIT, support UAT
• Validate training content and support dry run and hypercare

Role Purpose

Ownership of P2P, AP and RPO settlement - including design, testing, UAT support and training content.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with the SI to validate P2P process design
• Define AP and procurement business rules, data requirements, controls and reporting needs
• Own supplier invoice and RPO settlement scenarios
• Confirm how validated operational inputs become supplier liabilities, payment proposals and settlement outputs
• Review design outputs, write and validate test scripts, execute functional testing & SIT, support UAT
• Validate training content and support dry run and hypercare
• 10 plus years minimum, 15 plus years preferred
